The aim of the project was to create an innovative system for storing and displaying geographical and 3D information on buildings (public and private), in order to allow rescue workers (Red Cross, Fire Brigade, Carabinieri) to intervene promptly and safely, having access to operational information in real time.
3D-BIM has enabled the creation of a cloud platform that allows different users to visualise, through a dedicated web and mobile interface, the information coming from the BIM models of the buildings and the territory, at the same time providing indications on the fastest route for rescue operations.
