Ph.D. in Technical Innovation and Architectural Design (1999), heachieved a Research Grant (1999-2000) and a Post-Doctoraldegree (2000-2002). Assistant Professorin Technology of Architercture since 2005 (disciplinary-scientificsector of ICAR/12).

He carried out hisdidacticactivity first asan AdjunctProfessor(from 1998-99 to 2004-05) and subsequentlyas anAssistant Professor (since 2004-05)withinthe degreecourses in Science of Architecture and Architecture and Building Production (in Milano and Mantova), with a teaching experience at the Faculty of Architecture of Ascoli Piceno,atUniversity of Camerino(1999-00). Co-Examiner (from 1995-96 to 2002-03) and then InternalExaminer (since2001-02) of severalBachelor’sThesis and Master’sThesis.

He hasdevelopedhisown scientific activity with reference to the study and application of design methods, technical innovation referring to building systems and components, the study of building envelope and claddingsystems, bothadvanced and experimental, the technological redevelopment of industrial buildings.

Hetook part in the European Community researchwithin the Training and Mobility of ResearchersProgramme (TMR) – ECOEST 2 Project, atNational Technical University of Athens (1997). Technical and scientificconsultant for GE.S.A. S.p.A. (since 2009), Tecnet S.p.A. (2009-2014), Senaf s.r.l. (2009) and for “Luigi Bocconi” University  in Milan (since 2012). Authorof scientific and didacticelaborationof the contentsrelating to BuildingEnvelope Systems, Buildingfacades and PVC frames: design and production (Tecniche Nuove S.p.A.). Coordinator of activities for the technical-scientific committee of Proenergy+, withinthefield of RE+ – Energy Efficiency (2012-2013).
