ICAR/17 - Representation of architecture

I graduated from the Milan Polytechnic in 1987 in Architecture Design and I obtained a PhD from the IUAV. I initially grew up in the firms of G. Grassi and A. Rossi and in some design firms in London where I lived. I am researcher and lecturer at the Politecnico of Milano in representation and visualization matters and I deal with representation and communication of the project for all scales; already member of the board of AUC ad scientific manager of modeling laboratory. Parallel to editing of exhibitions ( Urban Center and Triennale – Milan, Barbican Center-London , Ragghianti – Lucca Foundation , Maxxi – Rome) I assume the direction of Dedalo magazine from 2006 to 2016 and of the territorial mapping group – e Mapping , developed on GIS platforms . I am member of In / Arch from 2009 to 2016 , of the Commission of the Landscape of the City of Milan from 2009 to 2012 , of the Order of Architects of Milan from 2013. My research is focused on the representation of architecture , existing or planned , between intuition and engineering systems using BIM by means of activities for third parties, protocols with institutions and organizations in the development of individual actions for the development of the theme in the application area .
