Multidimensional Analysis To Connect Housing Retrofit with Energy Sharing awareness

Rajendra Singh ADHIKARI (docente coordinatore), Michela BUZZETTI

The objective of the research is to identify, through comparison with other national realities, models to promote the energy retrofit of residential buildings, focusing on the stakeholders’ involvement and engagement. The materials components used are not only focused on indoor comfort but also on the impact of the outdoor environment. The financing mechanisms are based on the possibility of making Energy Infills in addition to buildings which, together with savings achieved through reducing consumption thanks to efficiency, can also increase RES production and generate energy communities at the building scale. The outcome will provide a methodological model for future research in developing tools useful for all the stakeholders involved in housing, such as developers, decision makers, technicians, dwellers, and able to take together multidimensional data, such as energy production, energy efficiency, well-being, through IoT and IoP.
