How to access dABC buildings

All administrative staff, students, guests, and external collaborators are to comply with the national and local laws and regulations currently in force.

Responsibility

All Department users must be constantly aware of the dispositions of regulations in force and the strict observance of rules aimed at contributing to the reduction of COVID-19 contagion. The implementation of a responsible behavior, not only limited to the workplace, will reduce the risk of contagion and illness.

Green pass

Starting from 1 September 2021 and until 31 December 2021 and/or the end of the national emergency status (in accordance with provisions of Law Decree 06.08.2021, n. 111 “Misure urgenti per l’esercizio in sicurezza delle attività scolastiche, universitarie, sociali e in materia di trasporti”) the provisions described in the following document are implemented:

How to return after contagion

If someone has been infected, they must comply with the provisions of the University guidelines to return to the office.

The person must present to the University Health and Protection service the following documents:

  • the NULLA OSTA document produced by the Health Authority (ATS) declaring the end of the isolation period;
  • a medical report attesting a negative result of the COVID-19 swab test*

The Health and Protection Service will then contact said person to book an appointment with the competent doctor, following which the user will or will not be authorized to return to in presence activities.

* the swab test is organized by the University according to the presence of health operators; in case such dates do not meet the user’s necessities, said person may refer to an authorized COVID quick swab testing center. The cost of the test in this case will be reimbursed by the University.

How to access the buildings

Access to the University and its buildings will only be allowed in the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.;
  • Saturday from 7.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

* in order to access University buildings on Saturday, PhD students and Research Fellows must request a formal authorization by writing an email to within the previous day

  • Space between building 7 and 9 (Via Ponzio 25): car and pedestrian access.*
