Daniela ORENI (docente coordinatore), Luisa FERRO, Lorenzo CANTINI, Dina JOVANOVIC

ARIANNA aims to experiment a 3D digital platform for the management of archaeological built heritage, to intertwine conservation, enhancement and fruition needs. The output will be an integrated and interoperable 3D digital environment that allows to optimize the real-time sharing, in collaborative and secure way, of information related to the knowledge and the state of conservation. The tool will be able to guide conservators in decision making processes for the conservation of pre-existing built heritage and manufacts.
The project aims to expand the current digital tools operative field, from single buildings to large areas, like an archaeological site, also considering social and cultural relations, facilitating a dialogue among administrators, conservators and tourists.
The project will use multiple digital and smart tools like integrating GIS, HBIM, IoT. The implementation test will be carried out on a case-study located in the Archaeological Park of Pompeii.
