The research addressed the issue of climate change, defining mitigation and adaptation methods and tools to support the different phases of the project activity (analysis, meta-design and simulation, evaluation and choice of alternatives, ex-post monitoring), experimenting and measuring – through advanced demonstration and testing projects – the effectiveness of the environmental project in site-specific climate terms.
