ICAR/17 - Representation of architecture

Graduated in Civil Engineering at the University of Salerno, she started her research activity at the Laboratory of Architectural Photogrammetry – University of Valladolid, Spain. He obtained his PhD in Architecture and Urban Phenomenology at the University of Basilicata (thesis title “Digital Models in the Representation of Architecture and the City”). He continued her research at the 3D Optical Metrology unit (Fondazione Bruno Kessler – Trento) and as a research fellow at the DICIV of the Salerno University, taking part in several projects (PRIN, FARB, Grande Progetto Pompei). She is currently a researcher (RTDa) at Dept. ABC within the project LIFE (Living in a Fringe Environment) – ERC Consolidator Grant n. 681673.

Her main research activities concern advanced techniques of survey, representation, and 3D modelling applied to Cultural Heritage and archaeological sites, and she is the author of more than 50 publications on this subject. She has participated in the organization and teaching of international workshops and training courses c/o Politecnico di Milano on topics related to the integrated survey (laser scanning and photogrammetry) and the CH documentation.
