The ABC Department is active in Third Mission, an area that includes various activities through which the know-how produced within Universities is transformed and made accessible to society and the economic system.

The goals of Third Mission touch on innovative processes and growth, not only economic, but also social, civil and cultural.

The activities of DABC in this field mainly concern the economic empowerment of research, Public Engagement (PE) and lifelong learning.
