Website's ProjectStrategic Partnership for the Establishment of an Innovative Approach in Workplace Management Education
Gianandrea Ciaramella (Principal Investigator), Chiara Tagliaro, Alberto Celani, Marzia Morena, Alice Paola Pomé
The Project was aimed to develop an integrated approach in workplace and learning space management and a new curriculum and program with the application of innovative teaching methods and tools. The project responded to a skills gap and mismatch in relation to the fundamental change in the world of work and specifically that of workplace and learning spaces and ways. The project intended to establish a connection between the new trends in managing the built environment as a workplace or learning place and between the disciplines related to workplace and learning space, as architecture, management of built environment and facility management, human resource, and general management. SPACE promoted the integration of the latest research results into education, and great emphasis was put on the dissemination of the Project outputs among corporate sector representatives and facility management and workplace management professionals.
