Morena Marzia

Associate Professor

She is associate professor of MSc at Management of Built Environment and MSc at Architecture – Built Environment – Interiors at Politecnico di Milano.

Her scientific interests focus on enhancing Management of Built Environment as a tool to meet people's needs through an integrated approach.

The research has focused on innovative topics, such as the Silver Generation and Waterfront Development, also through the use of alternative financial instruments.

Her experience has allowed her to study, publish, and promote initiatives aimed at strengthening synergies between local authorities, public administrations, and the attraction of investment.

Founding partner of Real Estate Center (REC) of Dep. ABC of the Politecnico di Milano.

Master Post Graduate Coordinator of Politecnico di Milano and SDA-Bocconi on Real Estate Management area.

Co-Director of Executive Course of GSOM (ex MIP), the Business School of Politecnico di Milano.

Coordinator for the Politecnico di Milano of international competitions such as IREC (International Real Estate Challenge).

In 2008 Founder partner of the “Permanent Observatory on the Local Public Administrations” (OPPAL) and is now the Scientific Board Director.

Since 2018 founding partner of WaterFrontLFrom 2017 to 2020 member of the Executive Board of Assoimmobiliare.

From 2016 to 2019 member of CESB (The Continental Europe Educational Standards Board) of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

From 2014 to 2016 she has been Chair of Federimmobiliare.

From 2010 to 2016 she has been the Chair of the Italian chapter of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and member since 2006.

In 2006 Founder member of AREL (Associazione Real Estate Ladies) and member of board until 2013.

She has authored and co-authored several publications on the topics of real estate, Management of Built Environment and territorial marketing.
