The key aims were: 1) to reduce the waste deriving from tertiary sector, with a focus on Lombardy region; 2) to maintain the economic value of building components coming from short-time renewal interventions and to contain environmental impacts; 3) To promote re-manufacturing and re-use; 4) to improve the competitiveness of key stakeholders in Lombardy by transferring in the construction sector new organisational and business models based on S.PSS (Sustainable Product-Service Systems), win-win strategies, Life Cycle Management, and networking; 5) to promote new jobs and skills in the field of re-manufacturing/re-use.
