Stefano Bellintani, Associate Professor of Architectural Technology. Member of the Real Estate Center - REC (DABC), Co-Founder of the Italian Proptech Network - IPN, Co-Founder and Partner of BRaVe m&t, a spin-off of the Politecnico di Milano.

Since 2001, he has conducted training, research, and consulting at the Politecnico di Milano for the management of buildings and real estate assets, with particular focus on efficiency and valorization processes for construction products or asset classes, the organization of management services (Facility and Property Management), investment strategies (Asset Management), real estate development, and urban regeneration. More recently, his expertise has expanded to include new technological solutions for the real estate and construction industry (Proptech, Contech).

He is the author of over 100 publications in national and international journals, books, and conference proceedings.

Stefano Bellintani's recent and ongoing research explores the innovative contributions made in his fields of expertise, with particular reference to those enabled by new digital technologies, which can be applied to the real estate and construction sectors. His studies focus on technological applications across the supply chain and the various professional services operating in real estate, such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Blockchain, etc., focusing on specific technological solutions, such as Digital Twins, Virtual Data Rooms, and Smart Contracts for the management of buildings and real estate assets.
