Ginelli Elisabetta

Full Professor

Full Professor of Technological and Environmental Design in Architecture (CEAR-08/C), she teaches at the AUIC School – School of Architettura, Urbanistica e Ingegneria delle Costruzioni of Politecnico di Milano. Her research activity within the ABC Department focuses on building and component-scale studies on process and product innovation for the transformation and enhancement of the built environment. She coordinates research activities on circularity in the construction sector, including design experiments and realized prototypes such as cHOMgenius, currently hosting the experimental unit OFFLAB HARD – CirceDC, for which she has served as Scientific Director since 2025.She is a member of the ITACA Working Group for the update of UNI/PdR 13:2026, contributing in particular to the criteria related to adaptability and disassemblability.Since 2016, she has been Editor-in-Chief of the book series Materiali di Architettura e di Urbanistica (Mimesis). She is also a member of editorial boards of academic journals and the author of over one hundred scientific publications.
