
Rossitti Marco
Researcher
After earning a degree in Building Engineering–Architecture from the University of Naples Federico II, he obtained a PhD in Preservation of the Architectural Heritage from Politecnico di Milano. His doctoral research focused on defining and assessing strategies to enhance architectural heritage in inner areas. After the PhD, he conducted postdoctoral research on the evaluation of negotiated programming tools in the Lombardy Region. In parallel, he served as a consultant on the research project “SI.VALUTA”, which examined the evaluation of cohesion policy investments in the cultural sector. Since 2023, he has been an Assistant Professor in Appraisal and Valuation at the ABC Department. In 2025, he was a visiting researcher at the MIT Center for Real Estate, where he carried out research on the economic impacts of flood risk in Italy, analyzed through the real estate market.
