An architect with a PhD and a Master's in Ergonomics, she is a technical officer in the ABC Department of the Polytechnic University of Milan. As Technical Manager of the Indoor Quality & Ergonomics Lab (Scientific Director: Ilaria Oberti), a unit of the ABCLab Laboratory System, she collaborates on research, consulting, and scientific dissemination activities in the fields of environmental assessment of building products and systems and the optimization of indoor spaces, integrating air quality and comfort with usability, inclusiveness, and accessibility, according to a user-centered ergonomic approach. She has developed numerous applications on topics such as environmental certifications in buildings, the environmental and ergonomic quality of hospitality and workspaces, healing environments, with a focus on psychiatric care environments, greenery systems and biophilic design, user-environment-product interaction in public transportation, and the development of user-friendly interfaces.
