Risanamento Spa is a property company that has been operating for several years in the Italian real estate sector with development and trading activities. It aims to implement the BIM methodology within it. Therefore, in connection with the completion of the new district of Milan Santa Giulia and in line with the directives of D.M. 50/2016 for primary and secondary urbanizations, provides for the structure of its Organization and its contracts (works and services) in BIM. The research programme includes the drafting of a “type” information specification and its specific declinations for every contract necessary for the realization and the completion of the new district. The research programme will conclude with an analysis of the organizational structure of Milano Santa Giulia Spa, in order to analyze the flows and criticalities with respect to BIM methodology and provide a new organizational configuration that guarantees the improvement of procedures in compliance with current legislation (UNI EN ISO 19650 and UNI 11337).
