Financed by the POR ERDF-ESF Calabria 2014-2020 European structural and investment funds, GreenBIM project aims to define an innovation process in the digital environment dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction sector. It starts from the development of specific experience and practical experimentations in collaboration with Berna Costruzioni of Reggio Calabria to develop an innovation protocol that can be distributed and used at regional and national level breaking down the initial barriers to the introduction of digital technologies and processes with particular reference to BIM. The project combines different aspects of the process, such as the development of contract information specifications and information management plans at contract and organisational levels, data sharing environments, verification protocols for design and execution, optimization of production and maintenance activities.
