DIGIPlace project aims to create a digital platform for construction, namely a digital database aiming to facilitate the transmission of data related to building products, BIM objects used in information models, combining designers and contractors needs. The platform will comply with technical standards, the procurement code and, at European level with the European Construction Products Code. The project represents an important innovation at national and international level for the design and procurement world, ensuring interoperability, competitiveness in the market and transparency in building processes. The digital language that will be created will be uniform and universally recognized among all the realities involved. The project, born from the initiative of Federcostruzioni, sees the coordination of the Politecnico di Milano and the support of MIT, ANCE and the main European associations related to the construction industry.
