The project aims to innovate, by the use of BIM, the management of building heritage to improve efficiently organization and management processes that affect it during the life cycle.

The ultimate goal is to develop three interoperable digital platforms using non-proprietary open formats, Open BIM:

• The "Fascicolo Elettronico del Fabbricato”for the management of building information such as quality, state of preservation, maintenance and safety.
• The "Gestione digitale del Piano di Manutenzione del Fabbricato", for storing and managing the building BIM model information related to maintenance.
• The "City Information Model", a geo-portal for multi-service information sharing and multi-partner partnerships, to improvethe overall efficiency of urban management at territorial level.
