BIM4EEB – BIM-based fast toolkit for Efficient rEnovation in Buildings

“BIM4EEB – BIM-based fast toolkit for Efficient rEnovation in Buildings” is an H2020 research project funded by the European Union (ID 820660).
The project aims to support the residential redevelopment sector by encouraging collaboration between stakeholders in digital environments through applications that are capable of assisting designers, construction companies, users and property owners. The use of digital works diaries and augmented reality will facilitate the decision-making process and the management of the property for both public and private parties. Two public administrations and two general contracting companies will validate the toolkit in a social housing setting and in private residential buildings in Italy, Poland and Finland. The residents of the buildings will benefit from an improvement in the performance, quality and comfort of the buildings.
